System Integration
Make your systems work as one business.
Connect your CRM, calendar, messaging channels and email tools with integrations built around the way your team works.

Service overview
Your tools connected, starting from solutions we already run.
We connect the tools your team already uses to one admin panel you control: messaging channels, calendars, email, CRM, accounting and booking systems. Where we already run a ready-made solution, you start from it and adapt it to your business; where you need a new connection, we build it with clear data ownership, recoverable errors and an operating view your team can understand. The solutions below show the approach in use.

Pass enquiries, customers and job information between your CRM and operational tools. Map the fields and lifecycle stages explicitly so records remain meaningful.
Built to orderConnect orders, invoices and agreed financial records through supported interfaces. Build in reconciliation and review paths for rejected or incomplete updates.
Built to orderProfile existing data, map it to the target and rehearse the move. Compare record counts and important totals, review exceptions and agree a recovery plan.
Built to orderChoose webhooks, scheduled jobs or a combination based on the systems involved. Handle duplicate delivery, ordering and rate limits deliberately.
Built to orderMake failed transfers visible with actionable context. Provide retry and reconciliation procedures so teams can resolve a problem without guessing what was sent.
Built to order

Built around your context
The details matter.
A few decisions to agree together before delivery begins.
Third-party API access, fees and rate limits are checked during discovery.
Each important field needs an agreed source of truth.
Retries must not create duplicate orders, invoices or bookings.
A few useful answers
Before we begin.
Every project starts with its own context. Here are the questions we hear first.
Can our team approve WhatsApp replies before they are sent?
Yes. We can provide approval mode so an assistant prepares a draft and a team member reviews or edits it before sending. Manual handling and automation for agreed topics can sit alongside it.
Can you build a Mailchimp alternative with Resend?
Yes. We can combine a visual template editor, your contact records and email reporting with Resend delivery. We scope the campaign and automation features you actually need, and preserve consent and unsubscribe preferences when migrating contacts.
Does adding a button make email clicks trackable?
A button needs a destination link, and click tracking must be enabled on the sending domain. Resend can then record clicks on that link and send the events to your reporting system. Opens and bounces are separate events; a button alone does not enable them.
Can you integrate an existing Stripe account?
Yes. We review your existing payment and billing setup, then agree which website, CRM or accounting workflows to connect. We test successful payments, failed payments, refunds and duplicate notifications before launch.
What if a system does not have an API?
We investigate supported alternatives such as scheduled exports, imports or a vendor-provided connector. The limitations and operating effort of any workaround are made explicit before implementation.
Does every integration update in real time?
No. The right update frequency depends on the business need and each system’s capabilities. We agree whether events, polling or a scheduled batch is appropriate.
What happens when a connected service is unavailable?
We design an appropriate retry or review path, preserve enough context to reconcile the work and surface failures to an owner. The exact recovery behaviour is tested for the agreed workflow.
